Pineland Farms Outdoor Recreation Department | Located at 32 Farm View Dr. New Gloucester, Maine
Job Summary:
An Outdoor Laborer is responsible for maintaining recreational trails, disc golf courses, and assisting in recreational events. Their duties include trail maintenance, tree and brush pruning, and painting.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Assisting in event preparation and support
Trail maintenance and grooming
Assist with Outdoor Center operations
Equipment operation and maintenance
Tree cutting and pruning
String trimming
Painting
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and willing to work in all types of weather.
Full-time seasonal positions.
Must have current driver’s license.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently, in a team-oriented environment.
Must work well with and be comfortable with the public.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule nights and weekends.
Salary & Benefits:
Starting wage of $17/hour
