1. Bucket Operator
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate aerial lift equipment (bucket truck) to reach tree canopies for trimming, pruning, and removal
- Assist climbers with tree care tasks from elevated positions
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience operating bucket trucks preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
2. Groundsman
Responsibilities:
- Support tree climbers and bucket operators with equipment and tools
- Assist in tree pruning, removal, and cleanup
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary; training provided
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects 60/70 pounds
3. Tree Climber
Responsibilities:
- Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using climbing techniques
- Utilize climbing gear and safety equipment effectively
- Work with ground crew to ensure job site efficiency and safety
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tree climber preferred
- Proficient in climbing and rigging techniques
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Drivers Licence with a clean record, and reliable transportation to work.
-Ability to pass an initial drug test, and random FMCSA random drug test.
