Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service - Provides exceptional customer service to existing customers and our temporary employees. Follows-up with customers to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction. Assists with the development of customer relationships through high-volume telephone contact.
Recruiting - Recruits new employees to ensure employee supply meets customer demand. employment process, answers questions and qualifies potential employees for eligibility to work.
Safety – Creates and reinforces a culture in the branch that places an emphasis on safety being our top priority. Takes a proactive stance in the prevention of employee accidents.
Customer Service Specialist Skills and Requirements:
1-2 years customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft and Google products. Ability to learn and work with new programs.
Valid driver’s license and a car that can be used for work.
