We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable team members to join our fun and fast-paced shave ice shop! If you love providing great customer service and working in a team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect job for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately
Prepare and serve delicious shave ice with a variety of flavors and toppings
Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including food prep areas and dining spaces
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and cleanliness
Work efficiently during busy hours while keeping a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly and outgoing personality
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Previous food service experience is a plus but not required (we’ll train you!)
