Morning Lead Line / Supervisor, Full Time
Dara Bistro in Cumberland Center is looking for a morning Lead Line cook / supervisor to add to our team.This is a great opportunity for an experienced cook looking for a year-round position. This is a full time position, although accommodations can be made (we get it, life happens.)
The ideal candidate displays solid communication skills, as well as time management skills, and the ability to work standing for multiple hours and lift up to 50 lbs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and shows close attention to detail, especially in regards to quality control and consistency. The ability to work independently as well as with the chef/owner is key.
Here is what you can expect…. Receiving and organizing deliveries / product. The production and prep of our standard offerings (bacon, making our sausage, etc) as well as creating a small catalog of special offerings. You would helping our current line cook during busier times and covering days off with assistance from the owners / chef.
