Qualifications
Those with minimum of one year professional baking or other culinary experience will be given top consideration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate organizational skills across all tasks in prep, baking and cleanliness.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety guidelines.
Ability to follow verbal and written recipes to execute bakes with precision and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to take direction and to self-direct.
Must be able to work early mornings, weekends & holidays.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with consistent punctuality and attendance.
Responsibilities
Tasks may include prepping, mixing, shaping (including lamination), baking yeasted and naturally leavened breads and hand-crafted viennoiserie.
