We are seeking dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to the success of our establishment by assisting with various tasks including food running, kitchen prep, cleaning, and cooking.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, kitchen, and dining spaces throughout the shift
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines
- Preparing simple dishes according to recipes and customer requests, ensuring quality and consistency
- Assist with stocking inventory and supplies
- Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our standards
- Assisting in the kitchen with preparing ingredients, ensuring a smooth flow of kitchen operations
- Interacting with guests, providing recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience
Skills:
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and food preparation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Experience in food service industry
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Strong customer service skills to interact with guests effectively
- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is beneficial
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
