Responsibilities:
Manage all kitchen operations - personnel, inventory, scheduling, preparation and service.
Communicate with other team members - Team work makes the dream work
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in kitchen management
Serve safe certification preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications
Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
Passion for managing teams and driving results
Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
