Salvage BBQ is looking for a floor manager to join our team. This person will drive customer satisfaction by leading a team of servers.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of servers - includes but not limited to scheduling, training, hiring and other HR related tasks.
Maintain restaurant knowledge - Act as a menu expert to ensure information given to customers and servers is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate with other team members and departments - Team work makes the dream work!
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
