Oak & Ember, a new restaurant in Buxton, is hiring for ambitious line cooks looking to make the next step in their career. Must have weekend availability. 3 years experience minimum is preferred but not required. Attention to detail, strong work ethic and cleanliness are our preferred quality traits. Along with a willingness to learn and follow direction.
Job description-
Line cooks are required to prep, organize, execute and break down their station. Ensure ingredients are placed on order list for your station. Daily check on quality of mise en place. Help your teammates and work together to create a clean and efficient work place.
Competitive hourly pay. $20-$24 based on experience.
