Cook for musical children and staff in beautiful Sweden, Maine (Room and board provided.)
Camp Encore/Coda has an opening for a Cook. Our food service operation feeds between 170 and 200 campers and staff at each meal. We serve buffet style with hot entrees at every meal as well as a robust salad bar and a sandwich/cold cut station. We offer a creative menu of made from scratch meals. The responsibilities for the position include: working under a Manager, cooking, supervising prep-cook and dishwashers when needed, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for food preparation, accommodating dietary and food allergies, and other kitchen/food related duties as needed. Since we are a seasonal operation the Cook will help with the set up and shut down of our kitchen and dining hall facility. This is a great position for candidates who love cooking, organization, mentoring staff, and music! The dates for the position are mid June through mid August. Compensation includes room and board.
