Job Summary

Daily Duties
Inspecting rooms
Scheduling & room assignments
Training new hires and ongoing coaching
Ongoing communication with front office and maintenance departments
Ensuring high quality cleanliness standards
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
Performing various housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning windows as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Strong communication and leadership skills
