Organized, creative, leader needed to run small, very busy, scratch kitchen. Year round position at well established, praised and growing, 40 seat restaurant serving lunch and dinner Monday-Saturday. This is a true cooking position. We are looking for someone who loves what they do and who has confidence and grace running the line during service. A knowledgeable leader that is comfortable organizing and managing all aspects of a small professional kitchen. Recipe bibles and well versed line staff in place. Owner operated community spot founded on 20+ years working FOH and beyond. We love what we do, we live here, and we work with you side by side in big picture management and at the line level.
