Taking over the brewing and distilling operation of Liquid Riot, Camp Pennant is home to the soon-to-launch Pennant Distilling & Brewing brand of spirits and beer. with the addition of a state-of-the-art wood-burning oven, turning out unforgettable Neapolitan-style pizzas, fresh Maine-caught seafood and main courses all from the wood-burning oven that are complemented by seasonal salads and shareable starters.
As expected, cocktails lead the charge: from spirit-forward classics to the fanciful and imaginative, Camp Pennant captures the flag of Portland’s best cocktail menu. Deeply flavorful beers on draft include seasonal and limited editions.
We’re looking for fast paced, motivated, and hospitality driven Bartenders with a desire to learn more about the industry. All applicants must have 1-2 years experience in a high volume bar or restaurant with strong knowledge of cocktails, and beer.
