From the team that brought Paper Tiger, Roma Cafe, Bramhall Pub, Congress Street Bar and Grill, Nosh, and Nosh Taco to Portland comes Camp Pennant, a playful and inspired new waterfront restaurant and bar at 250 Commercial Street in the Old Port opening June 2024.
Taking over the brewing and distilling operation of Liquid Riot, Camp Pennant is home to the soon-to-launch Pennant Distilling & Brewing brand of spirits and beer. With the addition of a state-of-the-art wood-burning oven, turning out unforgettable Neapolitan-style pizzas, fresh Maine-caught seafood and main courses all from the wood-burning oven that are complemented by seasonal salads and shareable starters.
As expected, cocktails lead the charge: from spirit-forward classics to the fanciful and imaginative, Camp Pennant captures the flag of Portland’s best cocktail menu. Deeply flavorful beers on draft include seasonal and limited editions.

Requirements:
-At least 1 year of kitchen experience with knowledge of basic cooking methods and techniques.
-Ability to multitask, work in a team environment and communicate efficiently and effectively
