The AKM supports the Kitchen Manager in supervising the preparation of food, the supervision of kitchen and support staff, kitchen sanitation, and ensuring the high-quality company food standards are met. The AKM should be able to work well leading a team and be able to communicate effectively with management peers. Experience in kitchens is a must, and established leadership experience is a bonus.
