Compensation: 15 Hours Per Week - $270 (Paid as Independent Contractor - autopay or check - whichever you prefer)

What you will do as a Maintenance Technician/Janitor/Lawn Care
Provide our tenants with electrical, plumbing and repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
Prepare vacant units for move-ins (commercial tenants - no residential)
Most work is at one property in Metairie - sometimes (rarely) sent to other properties
Keep parking lot, area around building and grass cut
In general, keep our tenants happy by keeping the place in good shape and responding to tenant and owner requests
