Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartments, common areas, and building systems
-Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
-Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure property upkeep
-Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
-Perform unit turnovers / make-readies
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
Requirements:
-Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting
-Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Tools and reliable transportation. We can assist with tools purchase if needed.
-Ability to lift heavy items such as appliances
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
