Job Overview
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Full-time, benefit-eligible
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, vacation, sick leave, 403b with company match, and more (waiting periods may apply)
Key Responsibilities
Handle a variety of repair and upkeep tasks in a timely and professional manner
Use our facilities management system to track and complete maintenance projects
Conduct routine maintenance across plumbing, painting, landscaping, and building systems
Monitor HVAC, electrical, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems
Oversee and document third-party vendor visits (e.g., pest control, plumbing, HVAC)
Maintain cleanliness and order of trash, recycling, and compost areas
Support janitorial needs and help housekeeping as required
Be physically capable of using ladders, lifting equipment, and accessing confined areas
Collaborate across departments and assist with special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
3 or more years of experience in a maintenance role, ideally in hospitality
Working knowledge of building operations and comfort using hand tools
Able to read and follow instructions, complete basic written reports, and interact with guests and staff
Comfortable with basic math (fractions, percentages, measurements)
Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Customer service-minded and able to handle issues with professionalism and care
Physical Requirements
Regular movement including walking, reaching, standing, and talking
Occasional climbing, crouching, or balancing
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Visual ability to perform tasks involving close detail, color, and depth perception
Moderate noise level typical of a hospitality setting
