We are looking for immediate hire for an experienced / skilled individual that will join our maintenance team.
Our company takes care of 5 nightclubs, 1 restaurant, the office and several rental properties for Tropical Isle.
40 hour work week or longer.

Must .
- have several years of experience with construction of all types
- able to take care of light plumbing and electrical
- do professional work under various conditions
- handle work under pressure
- work under tight deadlines with a daily "to do list"
- be able to prioritize
- troubleshoot issues
- professional, trustworthy and HONEST
- can work without supervision
- work well with all types of personalities
- Have your own tools
- MUST HAVE HIS OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE WITH VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
May have to work weekends and holidays.
