Need experienced gourmet food associate with versatile skill set.
Required skills include but not limited to;
-slicing of specialty meats and cheeses
-sandwich line(fast paced)
-antipasto trays
-sandwich trays
-specialty coffee drinks
-specialty dessert prep
-retail/grocery stocking
Required knowledge;
-imported wines
-imported and specialty cheeses
-olive oils
-gourmet meat products
-specialty and imported grocery products

Open hours are Monday thru Saturday 10-6, Sunday 11-3.
Other income opportunites include, tips, farmers markets, off-site and special events.
