Description
Woodenterprises seeks a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service in the restaurant, bar & Lounge. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will approach all encounters with guests and employees in a service-oriented manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that all employees are trained to provide the same level of service.
- Be familiar with the organization and know the function of each department.
- Train all Food and Beverage personnel using the steps to effective training according to standards.
- Prepare employee shift schedules according to the business forecast, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements.
- Present the schedule with the Wage Progress Report to the ownership weekly.
- Ensure that wage progress and productivity reports are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
