Cigar Sales Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Cigar Sales Associate. While prior knowledge of cigars is beneficial, we are willing to train candidates who possess the right skill set and enthusiasm for the role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to earn an hourly wage along with participation in a tip pool.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell cigars: Assist customers in selecting cigars based on their preferences and provide recommendations as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the lounge: Ensure the retail area and lounge space are tidy and well-maintained to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Cut and light cigars: Offer assistance to customers in properly cutting and lighting their cigars to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
Strong sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to learn about different cigar brands, types, and accessories.
