Part-Time Position
Flexible availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous bartending experience required
Must be service-oriented, happy, with outgoing personality
Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
Must be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus along with the items’ preparations, ingredients, and sourcing
Properly checks I.D.s – for guests who appear to be under 30 years old
Must be passionate about cocktails
Will be required to prepare juice, bar syrups, and garnishes
Daily count of inventory
Employee must perform opening and closing duties required of them
Take accurate orders from customers & enter in POS system at the bar
Proficient knowledge of construction of cocktail is necessary
Employee is to be personable and engaging with guests
Must be able to stand, walk, and be attentive for extended periods of time, at least 8 hours, and able to move efficiently
Clearing/Cleaning bar area
Must be willing to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Ability and comfortable with handling multiple tasks at once
Uphold and follow all health, food safety, and safety guidelines
MUST be flexible & available for assistance during private events
