Shift Lead:

Expected hours: 26 – 38 per week, Available to work different hours including weekends, nights, holidays

REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role - Able to listen and follow instructions, work unsupervised, and adapt to changing situations - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly - Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Strong professional presence which includes arriving to work on time, ready to work and in clean, proper uniform - SERVESAFE Certification required within 60 days - RV Bar card required within 14 days - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6 hrs or more) - Able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight up to 50 lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will assist the general manager in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for team members and customers - Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts - Lead a team of employees, including assigning tasks and providing guidance - Manage reservations and coordinate with servers - Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists - Welcome and escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant - Monitor inventory levels and notify general manager as needed to ensure adequate supplies - Orders are being entered via POS System with accuracy - Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards - Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards - Attend all scheduled employee meetings and participate in a meaningful way - knowledge of the food and beverage menus and notify team members of menu changes
