Work as support staff in the performance of administrative responsibilities for the supervisory and management team as directed. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site and the ideal candidate will be based out of Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL. or New Orleans, LA.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.

Use a variety of office software applications including but not limited to word processing, email, and excel, and using Share point (ECS) and Citrix (TSS & EMS).

Coordinates travel arrangements to support regional operations employees and other staff.

Updates travel arrangements based on shifting needs and requirements.

Act as primary contact for travelers, corporate travel office, travel agency, and third-party companies to resolve travel related issues and concerns

Appropriately manages travel budget, maintains reports and distributes them as directed.

Submits accurate Expense and Travel Reimbursement requests in a timely manner and in accordance with our coporate policy and guidance.

Assist with other operations duties to support our show site operations team.

Open and create new files for each individual job/show.

Develop and modify practices that improve the workflow of documents.

File and maintain documents of jobs/shows, organized by date and ticket number, create storage bins for closed shows (up to two months old) and maintain a storage file list each month.

Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers and copy machines, fixing any malfunctioning office equipment to best of knowledge, calling IT when needed. Replacing toners, empting waste box and maintaining paper supplies. May serve as liaison with Copier service and vendor.

Assist with other projects and special assignments as required by Freeman Management Team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associates Degree preferred
