Experience with student academic services in a University Registrar's Office setting.

Working knowledge of University academic policies, Registrar's Office procedures, and the Banner 9 Student modules.

Experience with the articulation of transfer credits in Banner 9 preferred.

Excellent research, critical thinking, and analysis skills; commitment to institutional academic integrity.

Ability to assess the comparability of the nature, content, and level of potential transfer credit to degree programs.

Ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative working relationships with others.

Job ConceptsThe primary duties of this University Records Analyst Coordinator position is the articulation of transfer credits, credit by examination, ACT/SAT/CLEP/AP/DANTE, military credit, evaluation of NSU hardcopy transcripts, and credit awards based on articulation plans; counseling students, faculty and staff in reference to transfer credits; and the validation of NCAA eligibility; assist with operational functions for student academic services at the University Registrar's Office front desk, by telephone, and by email.
