D365 Data Migration Specialist

Description Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Data Modeling / Migration Specialist. The successful candidate will be using proven and efficient processes to migrate data from Sage and Great Plains to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F& O). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure, PowerBI, and ideally, EDI.Day to Day Responsibilities:Design and implement data models to support the migration process.Analyze existing data structures in Sage and Great Plains to identify data requirements for D365 F& O.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy throughout the migration process.Plan and execute data migration strategies including modeling, cubing.Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completenessRequirements Strong proficiency in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Sage, Great Plains, and D365 F& O.Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.Expertise in D365, SQL, Data Modeling, and Power BIAbility to develop and implement strategies for ERP integrationStrong understanding of data architecture, data quality, and data governanceExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve ERP related issues efficientlyBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong project management skills Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
