POSITION OVERVIEW Material Productivity – validate true sourcing productivity of $2B Spend while supporting the UOP and AM Procurement teams on meeting and exceeding AOP. Ensure strategic productivity is tied to P&L realization. Logistics Management – lead ESS Freight, Distribution & Logistics spend in direct partnership with functional leadership. Including: Track actuals, validate productivity and manage forecasts. Reporting – consolidate direct material, and project save into financial reporting packages weekly. Forecasting – own PPV forecasting accuracy and align to DM inflation/deflation and negotiations. Optimize work processes in collaboration with matrix organization, specific to Procurement and Logistics. Participate and contribute to pulse discussions and recoveries by offering financial perspective on sourcing and logistics’ impact to financials. Working Capital – drive supplier negotiations and favorable terms to deliver working capital gains as well as securing VMI contacts to reduce inventory risk exposure. Supplier Health Checks – validate and proactively assess critical supplier financial liquidity and economic health to ensure uninterrupted delivery of parts and services in ESS. Other Ad-hoc projects RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic and transformative initiatives across ISC finance and supply chain to accelerate the pace and impact of these critical objectives.
Create & maintain a strong internal controls environment to ensure compliance with Honeywell Corporate Policy, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley across and plants and facilities (including oversight of quarterly schedules. account reconciliation & control scorecards, site representation letter and maintenance of the site schedule of executive approvals (SEA)
Provide financial guidance to the plant leadership team and ISC leadership through financial metrics, capital investment economic analysis, productivity analysis, and manufacturing cost analysis.
Compensation: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $159,000 – 179,000. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
MUST HAVE
7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing corporate environment
2+ years Supply Chain, logistics or distribution finance experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
