Apartment complex seeking part-time or full-time maintenance positions. Experience is preferred, but if not we can train! Individual must be energetic and a self-starter. Positive attitude a must!
Basic knowledge of the following a plus:
o Grounds Keeper
o Electrical systems
o Plumbing systems
o Painting and drywall repair
General Duties include:
Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive and comfortable condition.
Performs corrective maintenance and satisfied residents’ needs following company procedures when performing service requests.
Assists in trash pickup on the property and basic landscaping.
Assists in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested.
Assists in completing the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units, as requested.
On-call in accordance with scheduling to handle maintenance emergencies from residents and property Emergencies.
Observes condition of apartment and reports any unusual circumstances (Size/number of pets,
unauthorized occupants, illegal activity, etc.)
