Jack of all trades needed for property maintenance. Work consist of everything from lawn maintenance to lock changes to minor repairs
Pay is based on experience and skill set. This is Salary Position with bonus

light plumbing
light electrical
Lawn Care
Painting
etc
Properties are located East Baton Rouge, Livingston and Ascension parishes
Must be 18 years old
Ideal candidates are:
Self starters
. Motivated by money
Must be able to follow and complete written work orders
Must have the get it done attitude
Must have dependable transportation and can pass a background check
