As part of the Interoperability team, lead product manager will lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to implementation by developing products to solve complex healthcare challenges. Once products are launched, they monitor the efficacy of products and use customer and business partner feedback to adjusts products over time for continued achievement of the desired results.Highly visible role will involve evaluating various opportunities & proposals, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate concepts to discrete requirements, prioritization of products and work with partners on implementation. Work with Humana leaders to shape future of healthcare interoperability by executing Humana's vision to be interoperability leader.Nationwide Remote - This is a remote nationwide position.The Lead Product Manager work assignments involve work on resolving various complex issues and requires collaboration directly with customers, business owners, industry organizations and solution management to ensure solutions deliver tangible business value.Responsibilities include the following:

Work with Principal Product Manager and leadership team to align outcomes to product roadmap, portfolio vision, and enterprise strategy.

Collaborate with the Product Owners of the delivery teams to provide accurate business context and ensure successful delivery.

Work with business owners and leaders to design and document detailed project requirements ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy.

Communicate product vision and requirements to Product Owner and maintain oversight of successful delivery.

Interfaces with EMR and other vendors and other external consumers on business strategy, technology development, and delivery.

Communicates strategy, progress, roadblocks and value to senior leadership.

Success in this role involves the following:

Ability to align outcomes to product roadmap, portfolio vision, and enterprise strategy.

Making decisions on complex issues regarding technical approach for project components and collaboration with the Product Owners of the delivery teams to provide accurate business context and ensure successful delivery.

Excellent communication skills and experience addressing stakeholders at all levels.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of equivalent IT or healthcare)

7+ years of healthcare IT experience preferably in product development roles.

Experience developing healthcare IT products/solutions/services.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare interoperability, including FHIR

Familiarity with CMS Risk Adjustment and Quality Measure reporting

Proven track record with managing through all stages of SDLC

SAFe PO/PM certification
