Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client's team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health of our organization, and involves processing customer credit applications, managing customer accounts, and resolving customer inquiries. The successful candidate will be part of a team that handles various financial functions in the industry. Responsibilities: Process and manage customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records Conduct new customer credit checks to assess creditworthiness Set up new customer files and maintain existing records for a large client base Undertake thorough research and follow-ups to resolve backend issues Handle and process customer credit card payments Support both the collections and new customer setup teams Utilize Microsoft Excel and Dynamics for various financial processes Handle multiple processes concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively Perform account reconciliation and manage accounts receivable tasks.Benefits

Requirements
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation (2+ years) Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Billing processes Knowledge of Cash Applications and Cash Collections Familiarity with Commercial Collections preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Accounts Receivables Systems Knowledge of Dynamics preferred Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks according to business needsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
