Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Construction/Contractor industry, located in LEXINGTON-FAYETTE, Kentucky, 40509-9459, United States. Responsibilities Coding invoices with precision and efficiency Conducting account reconciliation for ensuring accurate financial records Managing accounts payable by processing checks runs Handling vendor communication for statement clarification Utilizing ERP system for financial data entry and management Ensuring the accurate processing of invoices Proficiently using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required for maintaining and balancing financial accounts Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and practices is necessary Ability to perform Check Runs to ensure timely and accurate payments Proficiency in Coding Invoices to correctly categorize expenses Strong Data Entry skills to efficiently input and update financial information Experience in Invoice Processing to manage and track payments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets, charts, and financial reports Familiarity with Oracle for managing database systems Experience with QuickBooks for managing business payments, billings, and payroll functions Knowledge of SAP for handling business operations and customer relations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
