Fine Dining Server supervisors
We are a Fine Dinning Steak House in Wichita KS. High quality ingredients and house made techniques in the kitchen are combined with personal front of the house experience. The server is working tightly with the rest of the team, including the kitchen to complete a seamless service. We are looking for eager and honest staff to add to the team:
- Be able to work flexible FULL TIME / PART TIME schedules, shift may vary based on business needs AM and PM availability is required.
With at least 2+ years of fine dining experience environment
Looking well-groomed and neatly dressed consistently to reflect positively on the employer
Paying attention to detail, such as placing orders exactly to customer specifications
Listening carefully to determine the desires of patrons and act accordingly
Maintaining politeness and positivity, especially when dealing with rude or disgruntled patrons
Multitasking in order to serve the needs of various diners at the same time
Interacting with customers to build goodwill and attend to their needs
Coordinate with guests to record drink and food orders
Administer efficient delivering food and drinks to dinner table to ensure good dining services
Ensure and maintain safe working environment for fine dining staff.
Maintenance of operating devices and perform regular cleaning for same.
Participate in all conference and meetings for dining services.
Ensure proper delivery of orders according to timeframe.
Monitor and ensure clean workplace and other areas for facility.
Coordinate with respective team leaders and manage all service requirements.
