Documents daily activities including operations and maintenance of boilers, chillers, air handlers, and RO system.

Works with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues.

Completes emergency repairs as needed.

Completes preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems as established in department procedures and audits required by regulatory agencies.

Orders and maintains inventory of spare parts and consumables.

Monitors Facilities equipment daily, troubleshooting problems.

Coordinates the services of outside vendors when necessary.

Identifies existing and potential operational problems and inefficiencies and recommends resolutions.

Assists in developing and maintaining required documentation, including but not limited to blueprints, plans, and permits according to company procedures and the requirements of external parties.

Documents daily facilities equipment operation and maintenance activities. Performs other related duties as the need arises and/or assigned.

A detailed working knowledge of relevant systems and equipment and the related regulatory requirements needed; proficiency in more than one trade.

Proven communication, customer service, and technical skills.

Position is Day Shift Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

Minimum High school diploma or Equivalent (GED)

Willing to work overtime as needed and participate in planned Manufacturing shutdown activities w/ overtime.

Preferred Language is English

Technical certification in a mechanical and/or electrical trade

Three years minimum experience in three or more of the following areas:

Electrical

Plumbing

HVAC

Refrigeration

Building Automation Systems

Steam Boilers

Water Pre-Treatment Systems

RO Water Systems

Chillers

Building Repairs

Electrical generators and transfer switchgear

Air Compressors
