In this role, you will be supporting our Business Development team, a group of 10 people. You will be expected to provide office/administration support for the team, which will include maintaining & using office systems, maintaining supplies, support payroll and expense processing, documentation and presentation creation and management, support owner billings/account receivables, printing, mail distribution, messenger services, expense reporting, greeting visitors, and other related tasks. This a dynamic, fast paced group with a lot of activity and travel, so working in our office in Lenexa Kansas is required. This is not remote, nor hybrid. We are looking for local candidates only.Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support with general administrative functions and team management needs (e.g., meeting coordination, travel support, team-building efforts, phone and email communication) Collaborate with and supporting team members, working on key projects and initiatives which may include developing documents in word, developing presentations in Powerpoint, putting data into SmartSheet, and Sharepoint, and tracking budgets and other information in Excel. Provide basic design support for key company branding and marketing materials and events; helping organize and support key online media and video projects Helping the team with messaging, writing, editing, researching and related support for external and internal communications, as needed Managing key expense reports, invoicing and purchasing card transactions using Concur Tracking budgets and preparing related reports for team and company use Managing and scheduling inter-group and cross-company meetings involving department staffQualifications At least 5 years of administrative support experience required in an Corporate/Office setting, where you are supporting multiple people A bachelor's or associate’s degree related to the role strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-directed, strong problem solver and able to juggle lots of different tasks Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sharepoint) is required. Experience using Concur or a similar expense processing tool is required. Experience using SmartSheet desired. Solid skills with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners and A/V equipment Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior/executive leadership, as needed Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to maintain strict confidence of important, sensitive information and materials Enthusiastic team player with an interest in helping the team stay connected and working effectively together#LI-JS2Other Requirements:
