About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant to become a member of the Supervisory Credit Data Reporting team within the Credit Risk Intelligence and Transformation group. This team is responsible for providing and reporting data for regulatory reports.In this role, you will:

Work with complex that support high-priority time-sensitive regulatory reporting.

Be responsible for process production, data reconciliation, trend analysis and documentation in alignment with policy governance.

Review and analyze databases to extract and manipulate data to create large datasets that can be utilized for analytical initiatives.

Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives, and delivering insight within analytics and reporting, and contribute to large-scale planning related to Enterprise Credit Risk.

Identify and resolve process gaps by incorporating root cause analysis, control design assessment, and strategic thinking.

Lead self and influence team to meet Credit Risk Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of risk reporting, policies, strategies, procedures, regulatory requests, and compliance requirements.

Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to build consensus, challenge partners when necessary, and drive for timely completion of requirements.

Manage time sensitive, critical enterprise or credit risk initiatives in an organized and independent manner.

Review and analyze moderately complex processes and projects, business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working on regulatory reports.

Experience with credit risk strategy within the financial service industry.

Proficiency reading and writing SQL using software such as SQL, Teradata, or similar technologies preferable.

Experience working on moderately complex analytical projects with diverse teams and developing data driven and outcome-based initiatives to improve business decision making and operational efficiencies.

Ability to work independently and execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans.

Ability to communicate issues, risks, and proposed solutions effectively and succinctly, in both written and verbal formats, with senior leaders.

Ability to work and influence successfully by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Advanced MS Office Suite product skills to include (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Word, etc.).
