About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within Unsecured Lending Operations Analytics team to support Unsecured Lending Operations. The role will focus on solving problems, and responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups. The role is also responsible for delivering insights and creating metrics and reporting to identify opportunities and execute critical projects to optimize operations strategy and maintain regulatory compliance and lead process improvement and risk control development initiatives.In this role, you will:

Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced level proficiency in SAS, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), SQL Server development utilizing Management Studio, Python, Integration Services, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services

Experience working with multiple database platforms including Oracle, DB2, and Teradata

Experience in Financial Services industry with emphasis on Consumer Lending including Collections, Servicing, Small Business Lending, Credit Card, Retail Services, Personal Lending, and Deposit products.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to research, trend/analyze, compile, and perform complex analysis on critical data, and then summarize and recommend new strategies and solutions based on these results.

Excellent presentation skills to narrate a story customized to audiences with diverse backgrounds through BI and other mediums backed by strong analytics and data.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong analytical and technical skills to analyze complex data while paying attention to details and accuracy.

Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.

Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change or recommend solutions.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
