Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Creates new or modifies existing test scripts, manual or automated, based upon the business requirements of the project or change.
Prepare and execute test plan, including defining project scope and determining testing techniques, test approach, timeline, resources, and responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Electronics, or related field. We will accept as a foreign equivalent a 3-year Bachelor’s degree plus a 3-year Master of Computer Application.
5 years of progressive experience as a QA Lead, QA Analyst III, Systems Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or similar duties under a different job title.
5 years of experience with:
analyzing, designing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems and/or software applications throughout SDLC
executing functional testing, non-functional testing, manual testing, and/or regression testing
creating test strategies, test plans, test scripts, test architecture, test techniques, estimates, and reviewing test results
analyzing end user and business requirements to automate/update and improve existing systems
developing methodologies, processes, and techniques for analyzing data quality and presenting data
developing SQL queries for data evaluation and/or ETL
2 years of experience with:
assessing the policy data quality, designing algorithms to correct issues, and preventing bad data from entering the systems
building automation frameworks, automation scripts, and executing tests using selenium automation tool
