Ottumwa - Blood Drive SupervisorOttumwa, IA 52501, USA Req #2180 Friday, January 5, 2024ImpactLife is the exclusive provider of blood products and services to our partner hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. The blood center is based in Davenport, Iowa, where ImpactLife's testing, processing, and primary distribution center of blood components is located. ImpactLife is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Impact Life has a current opening for a Donor Services Supervisor. This is a working supervisor position and will be fully trained on the entire blood collection processes. The Supervisor will provide daily supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and performance management to assigned team. The Supervisor will work under the direction of the Manager to ensure overall compliance to policies and procedures and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the Supervisor will provide coaching and motivation to his/her assigned team to promote excellent customer service and donor satisfaction. What you should bring to the team:
Previous supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership skills
Enjoy working with the public
Have a good, stable work history
Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
Healthcare experience is a plus
Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
This is a 30+ position working 30-39 hours per week.
