High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years operations or related work experience required (Insurance or retirement account processing experience preferred)
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to shift focus quickly
Ability to maintain accuracy while being detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be team oriented and problem solve with little supervision
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
This position requires successful completion of a credit history check
Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
