In this position, you will work collaboratively with procurement, finance and IT teams to align our technology roadmaps with the purchasing strategy to optimize the value of IT technology spend. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring our suppliers are meeting our requirements while delivering high value solutions at the appropriate costs.Your role will primarily involve analyzing and managing data related to suppliers to ensure efficient and effective supplier relationships. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making in supplier management. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying trends, optimizing supplier performance, and driving cost savings for the organization.Required Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant experience.

3+ years’ experience in tech vendor management, and/or purchase orders/requisition processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of supplier management principles, procurement processes, and supplier performance evaluation methodologies.

Experience with and understanding of large technology vendors (IBM, Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, etc.) a plus.

Familiarity with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.

Proven relationship management skills at all levels within an organization and with external constituents.

Responsibilities include:

Data Collection and Management, Data Analysis and Reporting, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective purchasing strategy.

Support and assist in the development of long-term strategic roadmaps for/with technology owners and SMEs.

Enable the Vendor Management team to create cost-benefit analysis.

Assist stakeholders in documenting and evaluating cost-benefit and ROI analyses.

Support review sessions with key stakeholders evaluating proposals against requirements and financial fit against budget.

Lead supplier performance management including improving sustainability & social responsibility.

Contract SME for all new and “Key” incumbent renewal contracts for their suppliers.

Works closely with internal team members establishing and maintaining relationships with internal business partners to ensure products and services align with CVS TSS Roadmap.

Lead contract negotiations in alignment with CVS contract processes, policies, and procedures.

Partner with internal risk groups to ensure third party relationships are compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.

Monitor and ensure successful delivery against third party contractual obligations, including management of SLAs, True-ups, notification windows, etc.

Lead execution of policy requirements for managed third-party relationships.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
