You’ll work to effectively execute sales engagements with prospects and renewal clients in our Emerging Markets team. this role is responsible for promoting SHAZAM’s existing product and service suite and securing business from prospects focused in identified emerging markets for SHAZAM that are frequently more complex and have unique needs that are often different than those of our existing defined target markets. As a member of Business Development, this role is responsible for capturing best practices for closing business, prospecting and targeting specific emerging market players, and helping to integrate those sales skills into the Business Development Team standard practices. What you’ll do:

Execute the sales strategy / approach on all Emerging Market Prospect engagements.

Independently, prospect and close sales to Emerging Market prospects of existing ITS products as identified for promotion to the market by the company.

Recommend methods for developing sales efforts in new markets.

Develop an emerging market sales pipeline and plan for each emerging market assigned.

Create meaningful input for product and service enhancement to the Business Development Team based on the input of emerging market prospects during the sales process.

Keep informed of competitive situations and of new, successful ideas and methods.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.

What we’re looking for:

Significant sales experience or specific experience selling financial services such as EFT or other financial services.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.

Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, presentation/platform skills. The ability to command a room and make impactful, compelling presentations.

Starting annual salary from $78,000 to $84,000 plus commission.

Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
