Responsibilities:Setting up construction jobsOrdering, receiving, and coordinating material delivery and stagingAnswering and fielding customer calls and queriesEngaging in regular communication with customers regarding the status of construction projectsCreating project submittals based on the outlines from the field delivery teamDocumenting Project "As-Built" files based on feedback from the field delivery teamClosing out construction projects, including composing warranty letters, initiating warranty records and delivering all necessary documentationFollowing up service contract sales related to successful projectsRequirements Qualifications:Previous experience within a similar role, preferably in the construction industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organization skills and the ability to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and ExcelAbility to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of the basic principles of construction is highly beneficialTo the successful candidate, we offer a competitive compensation package and the chance to be a part of a fast-growing organization!Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
