Description Are you interested in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support roles? We are interested in talking to you if you have the following skillset:Responsibilities: Providing help desk and desktop support to our team members Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software Utilizing your expertise in Microsoft O365 and Active Directory to manage user accounts and access Leveraging your skills in Intune and SCCM, if available, to manage devices and applications Ensuring the smooth running of Windows systems, with Mac knowledge being a bonus Applying your strong problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues Utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide clear, concise technical assistanceRequirements Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst, Desktop Support Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with installing and troubleshooting software and hardware. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
