As the Premier Skilled Trades Employment Company in the US our growing team is looking for a jack of all trades professional to help us cover the territory just south of Indy.
This is a 70% remote/field position and 30% in the office which is located on the south side of Indy near Greenwood.
We have a large team capable of training the right candidates but preference will be given to anyone with recruiting, sales, or human resource type experience. We are similar to a Staffing Company but we do not allow companies to hire our employees meaning we are a consulting company that retains our employees as internal contracts (Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers, Welders, HVAC, etc).
Priority Skillsets:
- Verbal and Written communication
- Comfortable with a lot of windshield time - outside sales all over from Columbus to Shelbyville, to Terre Haute Indiana
- Comfortable walking on Job Sites with a hard hat and talking with Project Managers etc
- Comfortable dressing business casual and attending professional networking events
- Self motivated / driven to hit KPI's (Calls, Emails, and Cold Calls in Person)
Our pay scale is $60-$65k year one. Expectations are $75 - $85K year two and it would grow from there. We do offer a car allowance and strong benefit package. We are an International $600Million company.
Our most tenured local Account Manager has 18 years with us. This is a real career opportunity. We do not have high turnover.
We understand this is an entry Account Manager / Sales pay scale. We are willing to train if you have all the soft skills with limited experience and you live near Franklin/Greenwood area. As mentioned, some professional recruiting experience or Sales is preferred.
