We are currently Hiring ROOFING CREWS to undertake work in INDIANA & ALL territory within 3 hours of Whitestown IN. Must be willing to Travel.
Responsibilities include:
Build roofs using various materials and tools
Ensure proper photos of project are communicated to Project lead
Deliver projects within timeline
Repair or replace broken materials
Remove debris from roofs to place materials
Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as Asphalt, TPO, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low and steep slope roofing systems
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other related parties
Install insulation and solar energy systems
Any other Roof replacement related duties
Qualifications
Reliable form of transportation
Trailer/Truck that can haul 25sq load minimum
All Subcontractor insurance carriers must maintain an A.M.
Best rating of “A-” or better.
- General Liability Limits $1 mil/$2 mil Additional insured and Waiver of Subrogation
coverage must apply as primary insurance with respect to any other
insurance afforded to the owner and Contractor. The form from your
policy listing Premier as AI or blanket AI, with WOS must be attached to
certificate.
- Workers Compensation Coverage $1,000,000 limit for each accident,
$1,000,000 for each accident policy$1,000,000 , $1,000,000 for each
disease policy and $1,000,000 per disease, per each employee. Waiver of
Subrogation in favor of Premier Roofing. The form from your policy must
be attached.

-W-9 Form
Invoicing to be completed on Mondays so pay can be issued via check or direct deposit the following Friday.
