PFS is currently in search of experienced and reliable Property Preservation Contractors to join our team in counties throughout INDIANA:
This is an excellent opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule, and contribute to the upkeep of residential and commercial properties.
Services include but not limited to these services:
Initial Securing - Lock changes and rekeying
Lawn care and maintenance
Trash-outs and Debris Removals
Janitorial/Cleaning Services
Boarding up windows and doors
Roof & Gutter repairs
Tree & Shrub trimming
Winterizations
Evictions
Occupancy Inspections
Cash For Keys
Equipment Needed:
Smartphone - Mobile application utilized to submit all work from field
Truck/Trailer
Landscaping Equipment
Air Compressor
Locks & Lockboxes
Have hand tools and power tools required to perform all requested work orders
Requirements:
Must have a valid ID & be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to use the PPW app to document work and photos (training will be provided if needed) – we require updating and processing orders via mobile application
Must have high speed internet and access to email.
Must be able to complete orders by assigned due date
Must communicate all issues or delays promptly.
Must have property preservation knowledge
