CXO Field Services is currently looking for experienced and reliable Property Preservation Contractors to join our team in the following Indiana counties: Marion, Hendricks, Hamilton, Johnson, Madison and Delaware.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as an independent contractor and manage your own work schedule, while making great money.
Services included but not limited to:
Occupancy Inspections
Initial Securing (lock changes & boarding where needed)
Cash For Keys
Evictions
Interior and Exterior Debris Removal
Lawn maintenance & Shrub/Tree Trimming
Janitorial Maid Services
General maintenance and repairs where needed
Winterizations
Equipment
Smartphone with apps
Truck (trailer or a way to dispose of debris)
All required equipment to perform all requested work orders air compressor, hand tools, locks, lock boxes, etc.)
Requirements:
Must be able to pass an industry standard background check.
Must be able to use the photo documentation apps (PPW)
Must be able to complete orders by due date ( normally 24-72 hours)
What we offer:
In-field support 7 days a week
Competitive pay per work order, paid every 15 days. (depending on project)
